Today I am talking about mastering seasonal transitions with accessories and rich hues.
Mastering Seasonal Transitions with Accessories and Rich Hues
As you may know, we don’t actually have Fall temperatures until about the end of October, early November here in Charlotte, NC, so I am sharing a way to transition to Fall with color and some new accessories.
I have a bit of a handbag collection, so when I could work with Teddy Blake again, I chose a bag that was a different shape and a warm cognac color. Since I don’t like to get overwhelmed with too many bags, clothes, etc. I have made a self-imposed rule, that when I get something new, I sell or donate that same kind of item. I have recently donated to Uncommon Threads, a non-profit that helps lower income ladies with clothing to wear for interviews, looking for work. So, since I have received a few new bags recently, I have listed some on Poshmark, as well as donate to a nearby charity.
Now, as I mentioned, a way to transition into Fall, if you live in a warm climate is to wear some rich colors. This look is all from my closet, except the new Teddy Blake Vannessa Bag. I love the 12″ size, as a prefer a smaller/medium size bags these days. I do think it fits my frame better, as well as being easier to find things in the bag. It does come in a 14″ size as well. This is a cognac color and has a snap closure to close the handles. There are 2 open sections and a zip compartment in the middle. This bag comes in a multitude of colors.
