Light blue will be a popular color trend for 2025. I’m sharing how I styled my blue blazer and what other colors
to pair with it.

My Outfit
This light blue or periwinkle will be a color making a splash this season. I was actually just “shopping my closet” and thought to wear this structured blazer, via 1980s large shoulder pads. The contrast and complimentary colors in the scarf added to this fresh spring look. I chose to wear my often styled, wide leg cropped ecru jeans, from Mango, and my knit Vivaia kitten heels. The blazer is not available, but I found a similar one for you.
My Brahmin bag gets to come out and enjoy the spring sunny afternoon, as I reach for it to complete the look. Its an older bag, but this one in baby blue is gorgeous too!
What blue hues are you wearing this season. Spring is on the horizon! Did you “spring forward”? Nice to get that extra hour of sleep.
Besides, these ecru colored jeans, how else might you style this blazer? What colors might you wear with it?
Styling this baby blue blazer
- Wear it with light blue denim and a camisole for a elevated look. Add some woven flats or heels that are fresh for spring for a modern look
- Get out your white flat front trousers or white denim. Light blue always makes a statement when paired with white.
- Want to be more adventurous? Try a pair of long denim bermuda shorts, hb. These can be worn year round with boots, or in the spring summer with a variety of footwear.
- A fun combination of a band tee, blazer and trousers. Wear those Chuck Taylors or get out those sleek Adidas sambas for a casual look.
What colors?
In addition to blue jeans and white pants or jeans, what other colors will look good with baby blue.
- Green. If you look at the green in my scarf the contrast is lovely. Pair the jacket with a pair of green trousers or over a green fitted dress.
- Yellow is such a pretty mix with baby blue- it’s really a natural combination!
- Brown. Not one that you may initially think of, but pair a brown tank dress, with a baby blue jacket and scarf, and sandals, and you have a fashion forward look!
