Today I wanted to introduce to you a “new to me” sustainable brand- Grizas.

I just recently was introduces to Grizas, a sustainable company, that contacted me over Instagram.
Its wonderful to discover new brands that you are compatible with and shares your values as well.
Grizas certainly is artsy, and creative. Flowy and expressive.

A husband and wife team initially, Grizas came to fruition by the desire to want clothes made of natural fabrics Linen, cotton, silk are all used for Grizas clothes, and you will feel as good in them as you look!

The team at Grizas is one that believes in eco-friendly and made to order. Imagine how special I felt in the pieces I had chosen.
Ethical practices and sustainable fabrics are at the root of the brand as well.
My Choices
The 2 pieces I chose were not only in a beautiful, emerald green saturated color. The emerald dress is 3/4 sleeves and caught my eye because of the color and texture. Grizas pieces are often flowy, artistic, and eye-catching. The crinkled emerald silk midi dress comes in an array of colors and it both very comfortable and has a slight balloon shape. It was tailored to me, and fit with the XS on the size chart. I chose to wear it with my patent mary janes and black tights.

The second choice was a velvet jacket. As soon as I saw it, it was like a spotlight had come down and shined it’s light on this garment. So regal and elegant! This stylish emerald velvet silk long jacket was unique and a stand alone statement piece. Wear it with the dress, or open it for a jeans and blouse look. This jacket certainly elevates any look whether it’s jeans, trousers or a dress. Velvet makes it luxurious and elegant.

I loved that there was such care with the construction of my garments, that they had a family business, and were concentrated on natural fabrics. These pieces should last a long time!
