Leather jackets, blazers, moto jackets. They were an obsession of mine as a fashion blogger, when one year, I went a bit bonkers and must have bought 3 different ones in a year. I just love the look of them. Wear them with dresses, denim, skirts, endless possibilities! Living in N.C., in the Fall, a leather jacket is really all you need.
This Angel Leather jacket or blazer, in this case, caught my eye as something different for my closet. I have moto jackets, way more than I may need. but the cut and style of this blazer makes it a standout piece in my wardrobe. Carrying leather blazers, moto jackets, hooded jackets, wool jackets, they have quite the selection. Who doesn’t have one leather jacket that they wore in college or in the 90s with jeans and a cool t-shirt. The classic style of a black moto, light denim, and a white tee with some converse is quintessential Americana! Have you seen someone in a leather jacket that you really loved only to find out it was a bit out of budget? My Jacket
Receiving the Kinsley Leather Double Breasted Cognac blazer, I was quite excited and ready to style it! The jacket is 100% lambskin leather and beautiful. I love the button details and my hubby thought it had a “military flare”. The cut is very flattering and fits to a tee! I am wearing a small.
When I did receive it however, there were some puckering on the chest area of each side. I emailed my contact, and quickly, they turned around and sent me a new one, going through quality control more thoroughly and not having me send back the other. That was great customer service, so when I received the replacement, it was just right. Making exchanges are done if the jacket doesn’t fit or you find it not up to par,and can be done in 30 days.
I love this blazer and will be styling it with many looks from white jeans to trousers, and over dresses. The length of the jacket also works for my long waisted torso, and hits at the right place on the hips. The leather is soft and the color will work with so much in my closet, as it is a classic cognac brown, a warm shade, that especially brings out neutrals.

How I Styled It
I wore a Mango cardigan sweater with my dark denim Fidelity jeans I bought for $25 on Poshmark. I’ve added a leather belt, brown boots and a scarf with tones of cream, orange,and browns. The third piece, the leather blazer, elevates the look as well. Lastly, a structured camel colored bag, added to the warm look.
