The Palme print dress
The Palme dress takes its name from the French word “palme,” which translates to “palm” in English. The name is appropriate as the dress often has delicate palm leaf motifs in its design, invoking a sense of tropical allure and sophistication. The origins of the Palme dress can be traced back to the mid-20th century, a time when fashion was marked by an appreciation for femininity, elegance and attention to detail.
This was one of the other dresses I chose from the Franne Golde collection. I wore it out to lunch, we went initially for a facial, then to a lunch. I always feel so “glowy” afterward, and my skin feels so hydrated. I have to keep up with doing those maybe every other month or so.
Loving the cool, cotton material and have always loved the about the palm print of years ago and love it!
The length is longer and I am wearing an SMALL in this dress.
